In this project, a warehouse in a privileged location next to the Archivo de Indias, has been restored to housing.

With the advantages of being located in a corner and the possibility of creating an interior luminous patio, the house has been projected to satisfy all owners’ requirements.

An old staircase linked the house to the retail spaces on the ground floor. It has been replaced by a bright patio with wooden flooring. The house has been divided into three parts, including a bedroom with an interior bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and an extra complete bathroom. In the living room, a custom-made wardrobe has been designed to provide the house with a double bed if necessary.

The open distribution unifies uses and materials, so the same chromatic range and high quality finishes has been used throughout the house, creating a sober and elegant aesthetic.
