This comprehensive refurbishment project was developed in collaboration with D. ª Irene Serrano Cabello, architect.

The original building’s state was of deep deterioration as a result of years of neglect, and a fire that affected the upper floor.

An exhaustive work in interior and exterior design has been realized, paying close attention to each small detail.

The refurbishment has been done from the deep respect and valorisation of the original project, realized by the architects D. Javier Bethencourt and D. Álvaro Jiménez.

The result, is a project of classic lines and natural materials, approached with a contemporary sensibility. A balance dialogue between the classic and the new was procured.

The house transmits calm and serenity. An atmosphere that invites to relax and leisurely enjoy.
